• Jhumpa Lahiri – The Lowland (Bloomsbury)
• Audrey Magee – The Undertaking (Atlantic Books)
• Eimear McBride – A Girl Is A Half-formed Thing (Galley Beggar/Faber and Faber)
• Donna Tartt – The Goldfinch (Little, Brown).
