For fun: The Killing Poll and Book Giveaway

Just for a bit of fun, you might wish to take part in the poll below.  And if you’d like to win a copy of a traditional British novel for Christmas, leave a comment to be entered in a draw for the novel on the left.  The draw will take place during next weekend’s airing of The Killing, so you’ll need to leave your comment by 9pm (British time) on Saturday, 10 December.  Danny Miller’s Kiss Me Quick (paperback) is up for grabs.  It was highly commended in this year’s CWA John Creasey Dagger Award.  Set in Brighton in the 1960s, it’s very true to the period and you just might fall in love with the protagonist, Vince Treadwell.  You won’t fall in love with the criminals though.  (Can’t wait for the draw? Get a copy here.  It’s on Kindle too.)

This draw is now closed to entries and the winner will be announced on 11 December 2011.

And now, back to some speculation on Season 2 of The Killing:

I have a black jumper with white stars so I went with that one. I don’t have detection superpowers, though 😉

Only just caught up with this, and haven’t even watched last Saturday’s two episodes. Will have to record tonight’s, too, so I shall have a Killing-Fest tomorrow afternoon! (Get off the streets, everyone.)
