I posted a long prediction the other day about the TV and screen awards but it must have got lost.
I did not predict most of the winners but at least Luther and the BBC Wallander did not win anything. Idris Elba was superb in The Wire but Luther as a series was too ridiculous.
I have enjoyed those episodes of Foyle’s War I have watched, [Honeysuckle Weekes accent is beautiful, and probably the way Samantha Cameron spoke before her elocution lessons to go down market] but beating Morse, no way.

Hooray for Belinda Bauer! I am reading Blacklands as we speak and it is brilliant.

I was very pleased for those involved in Criminal Justice; very worthy winners. With you on Morse too. Very odd voting.

I think that Detective Chief Inspector Barnaby should have won the People’s Detective award. He is amazing!

Thanks for your comment, Amy. Many were stunned that it wasn’t Morse with the win!
